Shipping, delivery and returns

Shipment
Germany
For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.90 per order. For orders over EUR 40.00, delivery is free within Germany.

Austria
For delivery to Austria we charge a flat rate of EUR 8.90 per order. For orders over EUR 40.00, shipping is free.

Switzerland and Lichtenstein
Shipping to Liechtenstein and Switzerland costs a flat rate of EUR 8.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 40.00.

Customs fees to Switzerland are charged upon delivery by DHL on behalf of Swiss customs. The fees depend on the items ordered. If you have any questions about customs fees, please contact Swiss customs directly.

Other EU countries
We charge a flat rate of EUR 8.90 per order for delivery. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 40.00.

Other countries NOT EU
For delivery to non-EU countries we charge a flat rate of EUR 18.90 per order. For orders over EUR 100.00, shipping is free.


Delivery

Orders (on working days) until 1 p.m. (payment in advance) are usually dispatched on the same working day.
Note: If there is a high volume of orders, the delivery time can be approximately 3 to 5 working days. If you order in advance (bank transfer), the goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment. Depending on the bank, it can take 2-4 working days for a bank transfer to be received.

DPD requires approximately 1-3 working days for delivery within Germany and approximately 3-5 working days for deliveries to Austria and Switzerland. We have no influence on longer delivery times for which the parcel service provider is responsible.

For security reasons, delivery to PO boxes is not possible. PO box addresses.

If you order several items from us in one order, each of which has different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the entire shipment of goods.


Transport damage
Please check the package carefully upon receipt and report any damage to us immediately.


Return
Within 14 days of receipt, you can easily and conveniently return the item to us at your own expense. After this period, returns are no longer possible. In the event of a defect or incorrect delivery of the product caused by the delivery, the product can be returned free of charge.

We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receipt of your package.

Get your refund
It is best to keep the return receipt issued. After receiving the package, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
