Payment methods
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is Apple's own payment method, available to all Apple users in more than 35 countries. It works within the Wallet app, where a consumer stores their payment cards. Therefore, the actual payment method depends on the cards stored in the Wallet app. Currently, only credit cards are supported. The Wallet app stores all the details and settings of the various payment cards it contains. Payment is made using a fingerprint or facial scan. This means that Apple Pay complies with the strong customer authentication (SCA) regulations set out in the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2).
Bancontact
Bancontact is a common payment method in Belgium.
Bank transfer
You pay for the goods using the account information that we send you by email. The goods will be reserved or ordered immediately after we receive your order. The goods will be dispatched after payment has been received. If the goods come from a foreign warehouse, the order will only be processed after payment has been received. You have 12 days to pay. Important: Please always state the order number and your name as the intended purpose. Your delivery will only leave our warehouse after payment has been received.
eps transfer
eps-Überweisung is a secure online payment system for consumers in Austria. With eps-Überweisung you pay for your purchase in the familiar and secure environment of your online banking.
Credit card
You pay for the goods with your MasterCard or VISA. Note: Your credit card will be charged even if the goods are not yet available at the time of ordering. In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the amount to your credit card or credit the amount to your customer account. To make the payment, you must provide the name of the holder, the credit card number, the expiration date and the security verification number when ordering. The amount will be provided by the credit card company and then invoiced to you. Please note that your data is protected by secure 128-bit encryption and processed by the largest payment system provider.
PayPal
With PayPal, every business and private customer with an email address can send and receive payments online securely, conveniently and inexpensively. This is due to the special link between our payment concept and bank accounts and credit cards. The PayPal network therefore offers a global real-time payment solution.
Ideal
iDEAL is a common payment method in the Netherlands.
Giropay
To pay online with giropay, you only need a checking account with your Volksbank Raiffeisenbank. This account must be activated for online banking. If you choose giropay as your payment method, you will be taken directly to your secure online banking.
Invoice – Pay later
The principle is simple: you have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your bill. You only pay when you have received the goods. You shop in a relaxed manner, complete your order and check the products at home.
Invoice - Ideal Payment AG Switzerland
If you are a new customer and would like to pay us by invoice, we will subject your household to an external credit check. If the result is positive, invoices will be available as a payment option. We will send you the invoice by email. You can also find it in your customer account.
Credit check and credit rating: Next Level Foods BV reserves the right to obtain a credit report on the customer in order to protect its own interests as part of the purchase process and can pass customer data on to third parties for this purpose. For this purpose, the personal data required for a credit check (first name, last name and address details) are transmitted to an external credit agency. CRIF AG, Hagenholzstrasse 81, 8050 Zurich, carries out a corresponding creditworthiness and credit assessment based on mathematical and statistical procedures. The information obtained about the statistical probability of a payment default is included in the decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship. The credit check is carried out in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and with particular consideration of your legitimate interests. Please note that only CRIF AG can provide information about which data was used to calculate your credit profile.
Purchase on account/reminder fees: The invoice is payable within 10 days. The invoice is paid on time if the amount owed has been received in the recipient's account by the last day of the payment period. If the payment deadline is not met and no fixed expiry date has been agreed, the customer will be in default of payment by a reminder. In the event of late payment, the defaulting customer will be charged interest of 5% plus reminder fees of CHF 20.00.
If the claim is not settled even after a second/third reminder has been sent, Next Level Foods BV reserves the right to assign the claim to third parties or to commission the collection of the claim at the agreed time on the customer's behalf. Legal prosecution/collection costs in the event of late payment: The amount of the legal prosecution/collection costs is calculated on the basis of the outstanding claim:

Disclosure of personal data: Your personal data will be disclosed to the transport company commissioned with the delivery or to the relevant financial service provider as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery or payment of the goods.
